SAP Security Consultant (Service Management & Implementation - Malaysia)

We have an opening for an experienced SAP professional to support our GRC & Security managed service, in addition to performing ad-hoc consulting work on customer projects. The candidate will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of Turnkey’s managed services to ensure SLAs are met in a timely manner.  We are looking for a team-player and an all-rounder with at least 5 years of practical experience in the following areas:

• Detailed understanding of SAP Authorisation concept in one or more of the following areas: ECC, HCM, CRM, SRM, BW, BI, BPC, HANA
• Designing, building and implementing SAP Security & Authorisation solutions
• Working in a support environment with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose problems/ issues and providing prompt resolutions
• Exposure to various SAP user interfaces (UI), including NWBC & Fiori
• Knowledge of SAP business processes and their control points
• Good understanding of various IT regulations and standards including; Sarbanes Oxley, COBIT, ISO series, UK Data Protection Act

• Provision of SAP Security and GRC expertise, to support the daily operations and performance of the service provided
• Support customers across multiple SAP modules and SAP Systems
• Advice and guidance to customers on good security controls and practice
• Identify enhancement opportunities to benefit customers’ security and governance process
• Work with customers to ensure services are delivered within SLA’s and to the highest standards, seeking customer service level improvements
• Work closely with Turnkey colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve customers related issues
• Build a good rapport with current and potential customers
• Maintain sound technical knowledge of our managed services
• Provide periodic metrics to Turnkey management and customers
• Proactively seek process improvements and document the change

The following attributes will be highly regarded:

• Bachelors degree
• Professional certification (e.g. CISA, M.Inst.ISP, CISSP)
• SAP certification (Security, GRC)
• Consulting background
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge of IT Controls
• ISO certification
• GRC Access Control 10.1 implementation (ARA, EAM, ARM, BRM, UAR, BRF+, MSMP)
• GRC Process Control, Risk Management, Fraud Management

What we are offering:

• Salary Range: RM7, 500 to RM 10,500 + benefits + discretionary annual bonus
• Location: Our Malaysia office are KL based but work may be across other states in Malaysia or Singapore. The successful applicant must be flexible and prepared to work away from home during the week
