Turnkey Women in Tech Engagement

At Turnkey, equal opportunity is a priority. Through our Turnkey Women in Tech team, the publications of our female experts and our soft skills sessions, we are creating a space where women within Turnkey can thrive.

In-house Women in Turnkey (WiT) team

The dedicated WiT team ensure that all members of staff, regardless of gender, feel empowered and encouraged to develop and long-term, fulfilling career with Turnkey.

Supporting publications from female co-workers

To actively encourage women to contribute to the content published by Turnkey, we create monthly “think tank” articles. This is a collaborative effort of the WiT committee, and aims to promote the work of women within the company.

Soft-skill sessions with guest speakers

Turnkey runs regular Development Sessions, providing mentorship in skills considered important to a successful career in consulting like presenting to clients, project proposals, managing teams and public speaking.
