Turnkey Consulting is proud to announce the appointment of Carsten Hufnagel as our new Managing Director for Germany.
Carsten brings over two decades of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity & Access Governance (IAG), having held leadership roles across both vendor and consulting sides of the industry. Most recently, he served as Managing Director of a leading IAM consulting firm in the DACH region, where he successfully built and scaled a team of 40 experts, driving growth from the ground up.
With a degree in Mathematics and a career spanning regulated industries such as finance, insurance, manufacturing, and logistics, Carsten combines deep technical expertise with strategic foresight.
Carsten’s appointment marks a significant milestone in Turnkey’s continued expansion across Europe. His reputation for integrity, customer centricity, and team spirit aligns perfectly with Turnkey’s values and mission to deliver world-class identity, risk management, and security solutions.
As Managing Director, Carsten will lead our German operations, deepen client relationships, and expand our footprint in the DACH region. His unique ability to bridge technology, business, and people will be instrumental in shaping the future of IAM, GRC, and SAP security services in Germany and the wider DACH region.
